Shipping & Delivery

All parcels sent from Gold n' Glow are shipped with Royal Mail

UK Shipping

Standard shipping (3-5 working days) - £3

Next day delivery (ordered before 3pm) £5

Ireland

Orders over €60 - Free

Orders under €60 - €6

All orders are based on working days. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Gold n' Glow accepts no responsibilities for transport delays or circumstances out of our control. Delivery will be to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Missing address info or incorrect details can cause delays or mis-deliveries.

As these services are tracked we can see exactly the location of where your parcel has been delivered and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. any parcels requested to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour are at the consignees' request and Gold n' Glow are not liable for if they are to go missing.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind on your order please contact us with your name and order number via email at goldnglowtanningstudio@gmail.com

All customers serve the rights to return an order within 14 days of receiving your purchased items!

Gold n' Glow does not offer a free return service and the shipping cost is at the buyer's expense. Please ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging.
